Swingers Jump Rope Team

SJRT is a jump rope performance and competition team made up of boys and girls of a variety of ages.   Students attend elementary, middle and high schools in Chesterfield, Henrico and the greater Richmond, Virginia area.  The team conducts demonstrations and workshops for charities, festivals, sporting events and schools.  Performances consist of choreographed single rope, double dutch and synchronized group routines.  All jumpers are members of the American Jump Rope Federation and the Amateur Athletic Union.  The team is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit group.
